Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime — you keep access through the period you've paid for.
How does the 14-day free pilot work?
Try Aurelia on your real calls for 14 days, free. We onboard you personally, point your calls to Aurelia, and you listen to the real transcripts. A card is required to start the pilot; on day 15 it converts to your plan and the card is charged — you see the exact amount and charge date before entering your card, and we remind you before the first charge. Cancel anytime in the app before day 15 and you pay nothing.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for the year up front and save about 17% versus monthly. That works out to roughly $165/mo on Answering and $331/mo on Booking.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You can keep your existing number and forward calls to Aurelia through your current phone carrier, or take a dedicated Aurelia number in your area code. You stay in control and can switch it off anytime.
What's the difference between the plans?
Answering handles inbound calls 24/7 — every one summarized and logged. Booking adds automatic appointment booking, confirmation texts, a client CRM, and analytics. Multi-Location is for businesses scaling across multiple providers or locations.
